We provide a proper reporting on estimated cost of the house and at the same time, give the complete bills of quantities with unit item rates. Assistance in project planning and working schedule are provided. Some of the services included but not limited to are:
- Advise on completeness of all architectural and structural drawings
- Preparation of bills of quantities

- Preparation of project budget and expected cash flow requirement
